Peter is a certified executive coach (ICF ACC) from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara. Coaching integrates his lifelong passion for helping others find their own path with his 20+ years of experience in marketing, management and consulting for Fortune 500 companies, family-run businesses and start-ups.
In 2017, he founded Gandolfo Group, an executive coaching and consulting practice. He provides leadership and transition coaching to help clients integrate their professional and personal identities to create a more original and impactful life.
Before launching the Gandolfo Group, he was Sr. Director of Client Engagement for the Drucker Institute, a social enterprise grounded in the management principles of Peter Drucker. He developed and delivered group coaching experiences to help leaders and teams get clarity and begin taking action on key management priorities. Peter also spent nine years in brand management and international marketing at Mattel, where he worked on Barbie, Toy Story and Disney Princess. He also served as founder and president of OPEN, an employee resource group for LGBT employees and their allies. He held roles in product marketing for Ford Motor Company and advertising account management for FCB.
Peter holds an MBA, with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, from UCLA Anderson, and a BA in Psychology and Pre-Professional Studies from The University of Notre Dame. He lives in Los Angeles with his husband Andrew and their two sons.
